Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in Infrastructure Project Management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of project management methodologies and infrastructure technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple infrastructure projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget, and monitor progress against these plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and operations, to ensure successful project execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations to drive collaboration and decision-making.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members in project management best practices.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in Project Management-Infrastructure.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Understanding of ITIL and other IT service management frameworks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10-13 years of experience in project management, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
