Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead for Civil to oversee the end-to-end execution of a premium hospitality project and a high-rise residential project on-site. The role involves complete responsibility of project planning, execution, coordination, quality, cost and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall site execution of civil works from start to handover
  
• Prepare and monitor project execution plans and schedules
  
• Coordinate with client, consultants, contractors and vendors
  
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and resources effectively
  
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms and statutory compliances
  
• Monitor project cost, control budgets and minimize cost overruns
  
• Review progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions
  
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 14+ years in civil construction projects
  
• Qualification: BE in Civil Engineering
  
• Proven experience as Project Lead / Project Manager on large-scale projects
  
• Exposure to high-rise residential will be preferred
  
• Strong leadership, coordination and communication skills
