Project Manager/ Process Excellence/ Transition Manager

We are hiring experienced professionals across the following domains:

Project / Program Managers (8-15+ Years)
Lead large-scale business, technology, digital, data, AI, and transformation programs.
Drive end-to-end delivery, governance, stakeholder management, budgeting, risk management, and Agile execution.
Preferred exposure to AI/GenAI, Data Analytics, SAP, and Cloud technologies.
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, CSM, or CSPO are preferred.

Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement (5-10+ Years)
Drive operational excellence, process transformation, Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and business process optimization.
Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Process Re-engineering, KPI management, RCA, Kaizen, DMAIC, and performance improvement.
Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, or Minitab preferred.

Transition Managers (8-15+ Years)
Lead end-to-end transition and cutover programs covering people, processes, systems, and services.
Manage transition planning, governance, knowledge transfer, training, documentation, business analysis, and go-live activities.
Experience in large-scale enterprise transitions and regulated environments preferred.
Experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, Healthcare, GCCs, Consulting, or Technology organizations is an advantage.
