Project Manager ( Pharma sector ) For Merger and Aquisitions

Key Responsibilities:-

Contribution for BR Strategic Initiatives Projects:

• Fill in as a project manager into the Global Initiatives time to time based on guidance BRGI LT
• Drive BR Global Initiatives team meetings, including agenda preparation, action tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
• Support the full team with project management activities as required during team leave of absence.

Contribution to M&A and BD&L in licensing:

• Collaborate with M&A IT to complete data mapping activities.
• Coordinate with CDGM and M&A IT teams to support data migration efforts.
• Partner with Line Functions (LFs) to manage sample-related requirements.
• Coordinate with SciOps for sample shipment and tracking activities.
• Schedule integration meetings, kick-off sessions, and other project governance activities.
• Support integration leads in tracking risks, actions, and next steps.
• Maintain and update project management activities within the Hub tool.
