Role & responsibilities

Project Governance

• Coordinate Steering Committees and project review meetings.
• Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes.
• Maintain project decision logs.
• Track actions, commitments, and approvals.
• Ensure governance processes are properly implemented.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate activities between all project functions.
• Facilitate communication between Architect, IBD, PMC, EPC contractors, and Safran stakeholders.
• Organize workshops, design reviews, and tender meetings.
• Support interface management across disciplines.

Reporting and Follow-up

• Consolidate information from project managers.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project reports.
• Support the Project Director in KPI monitoring.
• Maintain project dashboards and status reports.
• Follow up on risks, issues, and mitigation actions.

Documentation Management

• Maintain the project filing structure.
• Ensure controlled distribution of project documents.
• Manage correspondence registers.
• Maintain meeting records and project archives.

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support visits, workshops, and executive reviews.
• Prepare communication materials and management presentations.

Tender and Contract Support

• Support the preparation and issuance of consultation documents.
• Organize bidder meetings and clarification sessions.
• Maintain tender documentation records.
• Track contractual deliverables and milestones.
