Project Manager - odoo ERP

Wesprime Business Solutions is a growing ERP and technology services company delivering Odoo implementation and digital transformation projects. We are looking for an energetic, hands-on Project Manager to lead client projects in Saudi Arabia and coordinate with functional, technical, and client teams.

This role suits someone who enjoys building things in a startup environment and wants to grow alongside emerging technologies, including AI and other advanced research areas.

Role & responsibilities

• Plan and manage Odoo ERP projects from discovery through go-live and post-launch support.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Lead project teams across functional consulting, development, data migration, and integrations.
• Understand client business processes, gather requirements, and coordinate practical solution design.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams; manage expectations and project decisions.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, budgets, and issues; take timely action to keep delivery on track.
• Coordinate solution configuration, custom development, integrations, and data migration.
• Organize testing, including system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT); track issues through resolution.
• Plan user training, cutover, go-live, and post-launch stabilization.
• Maintain project plans, meeting notes, status reports, action logs, and lessons learned.
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery and contribute to Wesprimes growing services and technology capabilities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience managing ERP, software implementation, or IT projects; Odoo project experience is preferred.
• Sound understanding of Odoos architecture, modules, and implementation lifecycle.
• Strong team leadership, planning, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to understand business processes and translate requirements into clear actions for functional and technical teams.
• Familiarity with project planning, risk tracking, testing, data migration, and go-live activities.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and managing multiple priorities in a startup environment.
• Ability to relocate to Saudi Arabia as per requirements.
• Proactive, accountable, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies.
• Willingness to work on projects in Saudi Arabia and coordinate with teams across locations.
• Strong English communication skills;Hindi & Arabic is an advantage.
