Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project / Programme Manager to lead large-scale Connectivity and Network Infrastructure initiatives within a global Banking and Financial Services environment

• The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure and network transformation programmes, combined with exceptional stakeholder management, governance, and communication skills
• The individual should be capable of engaging confidently with senior business leaders, technology executives, architects, and engineering teams while driving successful programme outcomes
• Recent connectivity hiring requirements have included Cisco networking, enterprise wireless, SD-WAN, routing, switching, and network transformation experience
• 8+ years of Project/Programme Management experience
• Proven experience delivering complex Infrastructure, Connectivity, Network, or Technology Transformation programmes
• Strong Banking or Financial Services industry experience
• Experience managing global programmes involving multiple stakeholders and delivery teams
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation initiatives in highly regulated environments

Strong understanding of:

• Cisco Routing & Switching Enterprise Wi-Fi / Wireless Networks LAN/WAN Infrastructure SD-WAN (Cisco Viptela preferred) Network Operations Data Centre Connectivity Network Migration and Transformation Programmes Network Monitoring and Observability Tools Routing Protocols such as BGP and OSPF VPN and Network Security Fundamentals Preferred exposure to Cisco network migration, check point firewalls Cloud Connectivity, and Network Automation
