Project Manager (MEP)

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager (MEP) with 5-8 years of experience to lead our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP coordination, site execution, and construction management.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Oversee site execution and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and implement effective construction management plans.
• Ability to control the cost within budget
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Conduct regular site meetings to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP coordination for interior fitout projects or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including plumbing,hvac,electrical,FAPS and construction management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to relocate anywhere in South India
