The Role

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager with a medical or life-sciences background to bridge our Business Development and Operations teams. You will use your clinical and technical understanding to help win new business, then take ownership of the project from order receipt through handover to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the BD team in customer discussions, RFQ reviews and technical presentations, using your medical and technical knowledge to build customer confidence.
• Translate customer needs, device specifications and regulatory expectations into clear project requirements.
• Manage new-order projects end to end: planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Tooling, Quality, Supply Chain and Production for a smooth transfer to manufacturing.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers on project status, changes, and escalations.
• Ensure projects comply with medical-device quality standards (such as ISO 13485) and customer requirements.
• Prepare regular project reports and reviews for internal stakeholders and customers.
• Travel to customer and partner sites as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in a medical, life sciences, biomedical, pharmacy, or related technical field
• 5 to 10 years of experience, including project management in a manufacturing or medical-device environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with commercial and technical teams alike.
• Willingness to travel.

Added Advantages

• Knowledge of plastic products and plastic materials.
• Familiarity with injection molding processes and mould/tooling development.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Exposure to new product introduction (NPI) or technology transfer.
