Project Manager (Medical Devices)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all test automation activities in the medical devices domain.
• Review and approve test scripts before submission to Product Owners (PO) or Subject Matter Experts (SME).
• Implement best practices in test automation and ensure their adoption.
• Mentor and coach engineers on automation testing methodologies.
• Build and enhance technical capabilities within the team to handle complex testing scenarios.
• Ensure adherence to global healthcare regulations and standards in all testing processes.
• Interpret regulatory requirements and align testing practices accordingly.
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.
• Drive alignment between technical solutions and business requirements.
• Provide hands-on technical support and guidance when required.
• Monitor and evaluate emerging trends and innovations in test automation for potential adoption.
