Role Overview

Lead M&A and enterprise transformation programs for global life sciences clients, with a focus on due diligence, post deal integration, program management, and value realization. Drive structured program management across cross-functional teams during high-impact transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for M&A integration and transformation initiatives
• Drive integrated planning, governance and execution across workstreams
• Manage IMO, stakeholder alignment and executive communication
• Track program financials, synergies and benefits realization
• Lead transition and TSA execution and exit planning
• Drive risk identification and mitigation across complex programs

Skills & Experience

• Strong program & portfolio management across M&A and transformation initiatives
• Lead post-merger integration activities across business, operations, and technology functions
• Act as integration backbone managing Integration Management Office (IMO) and cross-functional coordination
• Drive process harmonization, governance frameworks, and change management execution post-deal
• Enable synergy tracking and value realization through structured performance tracking and analytics
• Support TSA design, execution, and exit planning across functions
• Coordinate stakeholder alignment across global teams during integration programs
• Exposure to R&D, Commercial and Supply Chain functions (good to have)
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting delivery experience

To Qualify

• 6-14 years experience in program management / M&A integration / transformation roles
• Proven experience leading post-merger integration or large-scale transformation programs
• Life Sciences / Pharma domain exposure
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills across global teams
• Bachelors degree; MBA preferred
• PMP / PRINCE2 preferred

Good to Have

• Understanding of GBS / GCC setup
• Exposure to ERP, analytics and digital tools
• Understanding of Supply Chain, R&D and Commercial
