• 9+ years of project/program management experience in the Learning & Development industry.
• Proven experience managing global learning transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience with LMS and LXP implementations and migrations.
• Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams.

Technical & Domain Expertise

• LMS Platforms (Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Saba, Moodle, Docebo, Workday Learning, etc.)
• LXP Platforms (Degreed, EdCast, Viva Learning, Cornerstone LXP, etc.)
• eLearning Development Methodologies
• Learning Content Migration
• Learning Analytics & Reporting
• SCORM, xAPI, AICC, cmi5
• Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid Delivery Models
