Project Manager- L-A-HBEAF

Responsible for supporting program governance, planning, reporting, stakeholder coordination, financial tracking, and operational management across multiple projects. The role focuses on program governance and business operations rather than technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall program/project governance and ensure adherence to processes.
Prepare and maintain project plans, trackers, dashboards, RAID logs, and status reports.
Coordinate with project managers, business teams, leadership, and client stakeholders.
Track project milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.
Conduct regular governance meetings and prepare MOMs and action trackers.
Prepare weekly/monthly management reports and executive dashboards.
Track resource allocation, utilization, hiring requirements, and capacity.
Support financial tracking including revenue, billing, budgets, forecasts, and margins.
Monitor project SLAs, KPIs, deliverables, and performance metrics.
Drive follow-ups across teams to ensure timely closure of actions and deliverables.
Support QBRs, steering committee meetings, and client reviews.
Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement.
Maintain project documentation, governance standards, and audit compliance.
Coordinate with Finance, HR, Recruitment, Procurement, Delivery, and Business teams.
