Qualification: Graduate in Engineering Civil

- minimum 12+ years of relevant experience.

- Experience in Primavera and PMP Certification prepared

- Must be involved technically strong

Working experience as a team leader/Project manager in PMC Interior Fit outs / Commercial Projects

Job Location: K R Puram, Bengaluru

- The job incumbent is responsible for Technical accountability for the PMC Business of Commercial Buildings Projects

- The position performs in line with the TUV India Quality Assurance System, including the TUV India Code of Ethics and the TUV India Group policy.

Should Prepare & Implementation of PMC Systems & Formats

- Should guide & prepare the team members for Kick off meetings

- Should monitor the day to day mail correspondence of Project team

- Assigning Staff of various jobs based on job requirements matching competency.

- Effective utilization of the Engineers.

- Monitoring of effectiveness/out puts of the staff.

- Identifying training needs and organizing training for the Engineers.

- Complaint Management: monitoring quality of TUV India Services, reporting any clients dissatisfaction / complaint and assisting in mitigating the same.
