Project Manager - Interior & Civil Projects

Role & responsibilities

• Plan and execute interior and civil projects within approved timelines and budgets.
• Manage interior design, space planning, layouts, and 3D visualisations.
• Supervise site execution, finishing works, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
• Monitor project costs, material procurement, and resource allocation.
• Review drawings, estimates, BOQs, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Provide regular project progress updates and resolve execution challenges.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, and Lumion.
• Strong project planning, budgeting, and site management skills.
• Vendor coordination, negotiation, and team management.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering / Interior Design.
• Relevant experience in interior design, civil construction, and project execution.
