Project Manager |Industrial Automation|

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of industrial automation and material handling projects.
• Prepare project plans, timelines, resource requirements, and execution schedules.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, Electrical, Software, and Site teams.
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion as per project milestones.
• Monitor material readiness, manufacturing, assembly, testing, dispatch, and site installation activities.
• Handle project-related communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Identify project risks, delays, and dependencies and take corrective actions.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to management and customers.
• Ensure project scope, quality, cost, and timelines are properly managed.
• Support site execution and resolve technical or coordination issues during installation and commissioning.

Required Skills

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management/execution, preferably in industrial automation, material handling, conveyors, robotics, or machinery.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and resource management.
• Good understanding of engineering drawings, BOMs, production, and site execution.
• Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, or other project management tools will be preferred.
