Job Summary


Responsibilities

• Cutover Leadership Governance Coordinate central coordination point for all Sunrise cutover activities outside the System Integrators direct accountability.
• Cutover Leadership Governance Work in partnership with the Hitachi Cutover Manager, establishing and maintaining a clear RACI and ownership model.
• Cutover Leadership Governance Develop, maintain, and govern the end-to-end integrated cutover plan across all programme workstreams.
• Cutover Leadership Governance Drive cutover governance forums, readiness reviews, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Cutover Leadership Governance Challenge, validate, and coordinate dependencies across business, technology, operational, and supplier teams.
• Deployment Readiness Lead Ensure all environments, integrations, support teams, operational processes, and service management activities meet agreed readiness criteria.
• Deployment Readiness Lead Coordinate Go/No-Go assessments and executive decision packs.
• Deployment Readiness Lead Manage deployment sequencing, execution windows, contingency plans, and rollback strategies.
• Integration Third-Party Coordination Coordinate approximately 80 integrations across D365 FO, peripheral applications, partner solutions, and supplier platforms.
• Integration Third-Party Coordination Manage cutover dependencies across internal teams, third-party vendors, system owners, and external partners.
• Integration Third-Party Coordination Ensure integration readiness, validation activities, support arrangements, and ownership are clearly defined.
• Integration Third-Party Coordination Escalate and resolve cross-system dependencies and risks impacting go-live.
• Service Transition Operational Readiness Coordinate onboarding of support partners and operational support teams.
• Service Transition Operational Readiness Ensure monitoring, incident management, support processes, runbooks, knowledge transfer, and service acceptance criteria are completed.
• Service Transition Operational Readiness Partner with Service Management, SDI, Change Management, and Operations teams to ensure production readiness.
• Service Transition Operational Readiness Validate support coverage for cutover, hypercare, and business stabilization periods.
• Cutover Planning Execution Develop detailed task-level cutover plans, deployment runbooks, communication plans, and execution trackers.
• Cutover Planning Execution Facilitate cutover workshops, rehearsals, mock cutovers, and dress rehearsals.
• Cutover Planning Execution Lead real-time cutover execution management during deployment and go-live activities.
• Cutover Planning Execution Manage command centre coordination throughout deployment weekends and stabilization periods.
• Risk, Dependency Change Management Maintain comprehensive cutover RAID logs.
• Risk, Dependency Change Management Identify, assess, and mitigate deployment and operational risks.
• Risk, Dependency Change Management Track critical path activities and cross-programme dependencies.
• Risk, Dependency Change Management Ensure all Change Requests, CAB approvals, and governance controls are completed ahead of deployment.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of IT delivery, release, deployment, or cutover management experience.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale ERP cutovers and go-lives.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Operations implementations.
• Strong experience managing complex integration landscapes involving multiple third-party suppliers.
• Experience coordinating business readiness, service transition, and operational acceptance activities.
• Experience managing major programme deployments involving multiple stakeholders and delivery partners.
• Proven track record of leading mock cutovers, deployment rehearsals, Go/No-Go reviews, and production go-lives.
