We are seeking an experienced and results-driven End-to-End (E2E) Project Manager to lead the successful planning, execution, governance, and delivery of complex business and technology transformation programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects across the entire lifecycle, from initiation through deployment and stabilization, while ensuring alignment with business objectives, budget, quality, timeline, and stakeholder expectations. The candidate should possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, risk management, and delivery governance skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from project initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, governance model, timelines, and success criteria.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, leadership teams, clients, vendors, and delivery teams.
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues.
- Manage project governance, status reporting, and executive communications.
- Drive requirements gathering, solution planning, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive reviews.
- Ensure adherence to organizational processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Lead change management and stakeholder adoption initiatives.
- Monitor project KPIs and implement continuous improvement practices.

Required Qualifications

- Experience managing large-scale transformation, digital, or technology initiatives.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
