Project Manager - HR

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 7-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Team Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment projects, driving hiring initiatives, leading recruitment teams, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction, and achieving hiring and operational targets. The role requires strong leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and expertise in workforce planning and recruitment delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple business units and locations.
• Develop and execute hiring strategies to meet client and business requirements.
• Drive bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and niche hiring projects.
• Monitor recruitment metrics including TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring quality.
• Build strong candidate pipelines through various sourcing channels.

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Lead recruitment projects from planning through execution and closure.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and business leaders to understand workforce requirements.
• Conduct regular governance meetings and provide project status reports.
• Ensure delivery against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to ensure project success.

Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage recruitment teams.
• Allocate team targets and monitor performance.
• Drive employee engagement, capability development, and productivity improvements.
• Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and employment regulations.
• Support onboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
• Maintain recruitment documentation and compliance records.
• Coordinate with HR, payroll, and operations teams for smooth employee transitions.

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare MIS reports and hiring dashboards.
• Analyze recruitment trends and provide actionable insights.
• Track project performance and recommend process improvements.
• Present hiring updates to senior leadership and clients.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 7-8 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing recruitment teams.
