About this role
Key responsibilities
- Interpret client-defined measure specifications and reporting calendars into operational requirements.
- Review clinical quality, patient safety, infection- control and mortality reporting logic.
- Validate evidence, lineage, controls and exception-resolution processes.
- Coordinate with the Compliance & Quality Reporting Director and client clinical/compliance authorities.
- Ensure the delivery team does not assume unapproved legal, clinical or statutory accountability.
Experience and capability requirements
- 12+ years in provider quality, clinical governance, accreditation or healthcare compliance.
- Experience with clinical-quality measures, patient safety and audit evidence.
- Healthcare professional or relevant quality/compliance qualification preferred.
- Strong documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
