Project Manager - Highway

Responsibilities

• Plan & execute highway works earthwork, subgrade, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC & service roads
• Ensure compliance with MoRTH, IRC standards
• Track progress via DPR/MPR, S-curves & critical path monitoring
• Act as SPOC between Client, subcontractors & internal teams
• Drive quality control, billing, cost & budget management
• Ensure site safety (EHS) & statutory documentation
• Lead & mentor engineers, supervisors & site teams
• Identify risks and manage mitigation & dispute resolution

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred)
• PMP certification preferred
• 15-17 years in infrastructure projects
• Min. 3-5 years as Project Manager on Highway/EPC projects
