Job Title: Project Manager Millwork, Kiosk & Furniture Design

Location: Thane, Maharashtra

Experience: 1216 Years

Education: BE / B. Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings and lead projects from concept through completion.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Develop detailed project execution plans and monitor progress against milestones.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budget constraints.
• Drive accountability across teams to ensure project commitments are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Understand client expectations, functional requirements, and design preferences.
• Present design proposals, progress updates, and final deliverables.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
• Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with internal design team & onsite engineer/Client.
• Review drawings, technical specifications,
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Resolve project issues proactively to avoid delays or quality compromise.
• Maintain detailed project documentation.
• Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure proper handover and project closure documentation.
• Analyse Team productivity and utilization.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of millwork, Kiosk & furniture design principles and materials, especially for projects related to Retail, food, office & hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of selecting buyouts & various fittings
• Strong knowledge of wood joinery methods.
• Proficiency in 3D modelling softwares like SolidWorks & Inventor
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Excellent planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.
• Budgeting and cost control expertise.
• Risk assessment and mitigation capabilities.
• Experience managing offshore/onshore coordination.
• Experience in handling international clients.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Client-centric mindset.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Leadership and team coordination skills.
