Project Manager For SCADA & EMS (Power Automation Projects)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager SCADA & EMS to manage end-to-end execution of SCADA and Energy Management System projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage SCADA & EMS project execution
• Plan schedules, resources, and timelines
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Track progress and manage risks
• Ensure quality, safety, and technical compliance
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning
• Handle client communication and financial reporting
• Ensure billing and project closure
• Project reporting and presentations for client and internal stakeholders

Key Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering
• 5 to 6 years of experience in SCADA / EMS project management
• Experience in EMS / infrastructure projects preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Technical & Software Skills

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smart Sheet, Advanced Excel, and Primavera P6
• Experience with SCADA / EMS platforms like Siemens WinCC, Schneider EcoStruxure, or ABB SCADA
• Familiarity with tools like ETAP or DIgSILENT PowerFactory
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; Power tools and SAP knowledge is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Smart Grid / Utility Automation projects
• Experience in EMS (Energy Management System) projects preferred
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
