Project Manager For Construction Company

Role & responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, quality standards, and timelines
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients
• Supervise site activities and monitor daily project progress
• Manage project schedules, resources, materials, manpower, and subcontractors
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements
• Identify and resolve project issues, delays, and site-related challenges
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with applicable standards
• Prepare and maintain project reports, progress updates, and documentation
• Conduct regular site meetings and coordinate with all project stakeholders
• Track project costs and assist with budget and payment management
• Ensure timely completion and successful handover of projects

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
• Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information
• Good command of MS Office / Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Prior experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role is preferred
