Project Manager for Animation Dept.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our Animation Team. The ideal candidate should have experience managing large-scale E-learning animation projects, handling multiple stakeholders, and leading a team of 30–40 members. The candidate should have successfully managed projects with a monthly delivery volume of 200–300 animation hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver animation projects within timelines and quality standards.
• Handle end-to-end project execution for E-learning content.
• Manage and coordinate a team of 30–40 members, including animators, designers, editors, and quality teams.
• Monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and team productivity.
• Ensure monthly delivery targets of 200–300 animation hours are achieved.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements.
• Identify risks, resolve project challenges, and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain quality standards and process compliance across all projects.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• 4-5 years of experience in Project Management.
• Prior experience in the E-learning industry is mandatory.
• Experience managing animation/video production projects.
• Proven experience handling teams of 30–40 people.
• Experience delivering 200–300 project hours per month.
• Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
