Project Manager (EX)

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of EX platform implementation and configuration engagements for assigned End Clients.
• Oversee project governance, milestone tracking, risk and issue management, and project documentation.
• Act as the primary delivery point of contact for assigned EX client accounts, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and manage dependencies across EX PS workstreams.
• Produce and maintain high-quality delivery documentation including project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and client handover packs.
• Facilitate client-facing delivery governance meetings, sprint reviews, and executive steering committees.
• Translate client requirements into delivery plans and configuration briefs for technical teams.
• Proactively identify and escalate risks and blockers to EX PS leadership
