Role & responsibilities

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to support the APAC Lead in delivering key projects for the India office. The role involves managing technology and operations initiatives within an investment banking/financial services environment and collaborating with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the APAC Lead in endtoend delivery of technology and operations projects.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and governance documents.
• Collaborate with global technology teams and Operations for UAT and signoffs.
• Prepare concise project reports, dashboards, and updates for leadership.
• Assist the site head with administrative and organizational coordination.
• Align with the Global Lead on standards and enterprise-level goals.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in investment banking or financial services.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office project tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders in a global setup.
• Excellent communication, planning, and analytical abilities.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields. Certifications (PMP/Agile) are a plus.
