Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of multiple projects across India. The role will manage project planning, engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning, cost, schedule, risks and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Project Execution Plans, WBS and baseline schedules.
• Manage complete project lifecycle from engineering through commissioning.
• Prepare manpower, procurement and execution schedules.
• Monitor project budgets, profitability and procurement expenditure.
• Track critical paths and resolve schedule delays.
• Manage project risks and mitigation plans.
• Manage contractual requirements, change orders and variation claims.
• Ensure QA/QC, HSE and ISO compliance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Conduct project reviews and manage escalations.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and monthly MIS.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources across multiple sites.

Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Instrumentation Engineering.
• 8–12 years of multi-site project management experience.
• Strong EPC/infrastructure/industrial automation project experience.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost control and project risk management.
• Strong client and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently across India.
