Project Manager - Electronic Hardware

• 10 - 15 years of experience in electronics/hardware project management
• Strong understanding of complete product development lifecycle:
• Requirements Architecture Schematic PCB Firmware Integration Prototype Validation Production
• Good understanding of embedded firmware/software development lifecycle and system integration activities
• Hands-on exposure to PCB design workflows, BOM management, hardware validation, and manufacturing processes
• Proven experience managing complex hardware programs, multi-board systems, and cross-functional engineering teams
• Strong skills in project planning, schedule management, cost control, risk management, and change management
• Experience working with EMS vendors, fabrication houses, component suppliers, and external test labs
• Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance workflows:
• UL, IEC, CE certification processes
• Proficiency with project planning and tracking tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, and Excel
• Excellent stakeholder management, customer communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage complete product execution involving hardware, firmware, testing, and manufacturing teams

Good to Have

• Experience in Industrial, Automotive, BMS, Power Electronics, IoT, or Consumer Electronics domains
• Exposure to embedded systems, wireless technologies, or connected products
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile Project Management certification
• Experience handling globally distributed engineering teams and external partners
• SAFe Agile certification or experience working in SAFe Agile delivery environments would be an added advantage
