Project Manager (Electrical)

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Project Manager Electrical with 8 to 12 years of experience in electrical project execution, client relationship management, business development, and commercial coordination.

The candidate will be responsible for driving projects from initiation to completion, attending client and project review meetings, achieving sales targets, ensuring timely execution, and managing payment follow-ups and collections.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, commercial acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to independently handle projects and clients.

• Strong knowledge of electrical projects, systems, and execution processes.
• Proven experience in independently managing electrical projects and client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commercial understanding, including sales, billing, receivables, and collections.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Target-driven approach with strong ownership and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits.
