Project Manager - EGC Global Service

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager with 10-12 years of experience in managing Microsoft technology-based application development projects. The candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project delivery, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution of web applications, APIs, and enterprise solutions built on the .NET platform.

Deliverables / Key Responsibilities

• The candidate should be a proactive and result-oriented individual who takes ownership of project delivery and drives continuous improvement within the team.
• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in IT with strong exposure to project management and .NET technologies.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of .NET application development projects.
• Coordinate with business teams, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Define project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and delivery plans.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality standards.
• Conduct Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Work closely with technical teams to review architecture, solution design, and implementation activities.
• Monitor API integrations, deployment activities, and production support processes.
• Prepare project status reports, documentation, and management updates.
• Support UAT, release planning, go-live activities, and post-production support.
• Ensure adherence to development standards, security guidelines, and best practices.

Specific Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Hands-on understanding of C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, and SQL Server.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
• Exposure to enterprise application development and integrations.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification will be an added advantage.
