We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through execution and delivery. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Experience: 15-20 years minimum (Relevant 2-3 years minimum in a real estate company)
Location: Kolkata
Key Responsibilities
Manage civil construction projects from start to finish (Real estate construction)
Plan project schedules, budgets, and resources
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers
Monitor site progress, quality, and safety compliance
Identify and mitigate project risks and delays
Ensure projects meet contractual, regulatory, and quality standards
Requirements
BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
Proven experience as a Civil Project Manager
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards
Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents
