Project Manager Civil

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of high-rise residential and commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, quality, cost control, contractor management, and timely delivery while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of high-rise residential construction projects, from planning through completion and handover.
• Oversee construction activities involving basements, podiums, RCC structures, multi-storey towers, and finishing works.
• Prepare project schedules, execution plans, and milestones; monitor progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, subcontractors, and project management consultants.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, resource allocation, material planning, and contractor billing.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, quantity measurements, work orders, and RA bills.
• Ensure quality control across RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, waterproofing, and finishing activities.
• Monitor site safety, inspections, statutory requirements, and applicable construction standards.
• Lead site teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure productivity and efficient execution.
• Identify project risks, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective actions to minimise delays.
• Prepare project MIS reports, progress updates, and management dashboards.
• Identify opportunities for value engineering and cost optimisation.

Required Skills and Experience

• 15 - 20 years of experience in civil construction and project execution.
• Significant experience in high-rise residential projects, preferably within real estate development companies.
• Experience managing large-scale projects involving multiple towers, basements, podiums, and high-rise structures.
• Good understanding of RCC construction, structural works, finishing, quality control, and site execution.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, contractor management, and billing.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, site teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other relevant project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with experience in reputed real estate developer organisations.
• Experience independently managing large-scale residential construction projects from execution to handover.
• Practical exposure to project planning, cost management, quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
