Project Manager Civil

Key Responsibilities

• Project Ownership:
  Lead overall project execution with full responsibility for P&L, timelines, and quality delivery.
  
• Execution & Planning:
  Drive project planning, scheduling, and on-ground execution ensuring alignment with approved timelines.
  
• Stakeholder Management:
  Coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors for seamless delivery.
  
• Compliance & Approvals:
  Ensure timely statutory approvals, regulatory compliance, and documentation.
  
• Cross-Functional Coordination:
  Work closely with HO teams including Procurement, Planning, QA/QC, and Safety.
  
• Commercial Oversight:
  Review and approve major bills, RFIs, change orders, and contractor variations.
  
• Monitoring & Reviews:
  Lead periodic project review meetings, track milestones, and drive corrective actions where required.
  

Key Requirements

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (PG preferred)
• Experience: 10+ years in real estate/construction project management
• Proven track record of managing large-scale residential/commercial projects
