Project Manager Civil

The candidate should possess relevant branded 5-star Hospitality project experience of around 8 to 10 years having concept to completion, including handover-to-operator exposure. Having completed at least one, 130 - 150 keys hotel full cycle project as project head, is desirable.

The candidate preferably employed either by Owner/Developer or by a reputed IPC (e.g CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, Knight Frank, Colliers International etc).

The candidate needs to be flexible, results-oriented and focused on cost reduction, who sets aggressive goals, thrives on challenges, takes decisive action and makes the necessary changes to build, achieve and sustain growth. Candidate should be able to see the bigger picture and have a strategic bent of mind. He/She should have an eye for accuracy and be able to work in a team of talented professionals committed to the firm’s vision, values and mission.

Candidate will be directly reporting to Senior Project Manager or Project Director, as the case may be.

Job Scope and Responsibilities

• Planning, Scheduling, Budgeting, Billing of Infrastructure Projects with high end detailing, finishing and technological advancement vis a vis current industry standard.
• Coordination with consultants for concept designing and planning of aesthetic, contemporary and technologically advanced building structures.
• Preparation of management reports, WPR, MPR Budget Utilization tracker, Project Cash flow statements etc
