Project Manager Civil

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager Civil to oversee and manage construction and development activities for our Hotel / Resort project in Indore.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in civil construction, project execution, site management, contractor coordination, and ensuring timely completion of projects as per quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil construction and development activities for hotel/resort projects.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and execution as per approved plans.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with construction specifications.
• Monitor project budgets, material consumption, and resource utilization.
• Supervise site activities and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Identify and resolve construction-related issues and delays.
• Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to management.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in civil construction or project management.
• Experience in hotel, resort, commercial, or residential construction will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction, site supervision, and project execution.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage contractors, workers, and project activities effectively.
