Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage civil projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  
• Oversee site operations, including labor management, material procurement, and quality control.
  
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.

• 12-18 years of experience in building construction or high rise residential projects.
  
• Proven track record of managing large-scale civil projects with complex logistics and stakeholder coordination.
