Project Manager Civil

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage civil projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  
• Oversee high rise building construction, including foundation work, superstructure development, and MEP installations.
  
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery on time and within scope.
  
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental norms throughout the project lifecycle.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-12 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management with expertise in building construction (high rise buildings) real estate construction.
  
• B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil.
  
• M.Tech degree preferred but not mandatory.
