Project Manager Civil

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including MEP engineers, architects, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project progress.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and maintain accurate project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

• 8-14 years of experience in retail fitout
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards 
• Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects from concept to delivery.
