Project Manager Civil

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage civil construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  
• Oversee site engineering activities, including project monitoring, quality control, and safety management.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements during all phases of project implementation.
  
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays or cost overruns.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 12-18 years of experience in civil construction or related field (civil engineering background preferred).
  
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil.
  
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale infrastructure projects from conceptualization to completion.
  
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental guidelines applicable to various industries (power plants, refineries, petrochemicals).
  
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members towards achieving common goals.
