Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer having 10+ years of experience in handling Government Projects. The candidate should be well-versed with site execution, coordination with government authorities, and compliance with project norms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and government standards
• Coordinate with government departments, consultants, and officials
• Maintain proper documentation and project records
• Ensure compliance with tender specifications and contract conditions
• Monitor project progress and submit reports to management
• Manage contractors, labor, and material planning
• Ensure quality control and site safety as per government norms
• Handle inspections, approvals, and site audits

Requirements:

• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10years of experience in Government construction projects
• Strong knowledge of tender documents, BOQ, and billing process
• Experience in handling government officials and site inspections
• Good communication and team management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting
• Experience in infrastructure / public sector projects
