Project Manager Civil/Interior

Job Summary

The Project Manager will lead the Civil & Interior Fit-Out execution of Data Center projects, ensuring delivery within schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements. The role involves managing contractors, coordinating with MEP and stakeholder teams, and driving project milestones from construction through handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of civil, architectural, and fit-out works for Data Center projects.
• Monitor project schedule, cost, quality, and resource planning.
• Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, MEP teams, and client stakeholders.
• Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and project plans.
• Ensure compliance with project quality standards, safety requirements, and contract obligations.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage contractor performance, billing certification, and change management.
• Conduct progress meetings and prepare weekly/monthly project reports.
• Support testing, commissioning, snag closure, and project handover activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Data Center standards and mission-critical infrastructure projects is desirable.

Required Experience

• 8-12 years of experience in civil construction and interior fit-out projects.
• Experience in Data Centers, Commercial Buildings, Industrial, or Mission Critical Facilities.
• Proven experience in managing multiple contractors and stakeholder interfaces.
