Project Manager - Civil (Drainage/Sewerage Project)

Role & responsibilities

• Overall planning, execution, and monitoring of the drainage/sewerage project
• Complete on-site management including labour, material, and machinery
• Coordination with government departments (PHED/Nagar Nigam/PWD) for approvals, measurement books (MB), and billing
• Leading a team of site engineers, supervisors, and contractors
• Ensuring quality control and safety compliance at site
• Budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation
• Preparing and submitting progress reports to management
• Timely resolution of technical and site-level issues
• Ensuring project completion within scheduled timelines

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Civil Construction, with hands-on exposure to Drainage/Sewerage/Water Supply projects
• Proven track record of independently managing site execution and project delivery
• Experience working with government departments preferred
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to be based at project sites across Bihar
