Role & responsibilities

NEED IMMEDIATE JOINERS!

• Lead projects from initial planning and analysis through implementation and closure.
• Manage projects from start to finish and ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and with the expected quality.
• Set up clear project governance, roles, responsibilities, timelines, and reporting structures.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders, project sponsors, and management teams.
• Organize and lead project meetings, workshops, presentations, and training sessions.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and challenges.
• Prepare regular project updates, dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior management.
• Work with business teams to implement project recommendations and ensure that expected benefits are achieved.
• Manage project resources, including coordination of team members and allocation of work.
• Support and coach junior project managers and team members.
• Share knowledge and best practices across the team.
• Look for ways to continuously improve processes, project management methods, and tools.
• Act as a change agent and help teams understand and adopt new processes or ways of working.
