About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Project planning and scheduling activities.
- Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, supply chain, and engineering.
- Maintain and organize project documentation and records.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and product transfer activities.
- Prepare project status reports and meeting minutes.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Assist in risk tracking and issue resolution.
- Support supplier and customer communication related to project activities.
- Ensure project activities follow regulatory standards such as ISO 13485 and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing
- 13 years of experience in manufacturing, project coordination, or planning.
