Project Management Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom and practical training on Project Management concepts and tools.
• Train students on project planning, scheduling, resource management, cost control, and project monitoring.
• Develop lesson plans, presentations, assignments, case studies, and practical exercises.
• Provide hands-on training using industry-relevant project management software.
• Conduct assessments, mock projects, quizzes, and practical evaluations.
• Guide students through real-world project management case studies and project-based learning.
• Explain project management concepts using practical industry examples.
• Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain attendance, assessment records, and student progress reports.
• Support students in developing job-ready project management and professional skills.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, demonstrations, and industry-oriented sessions.
• Stay updated with current project management methodologies, tools, and industry practices.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or other relevant project management certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 03 years of experience in Project Management, Planning, Project Coordination, Construction Management, or Technical Training.
• Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, or other project management tools is preferred.
• Candidates with strong project management software knowledge and good communication skills may also be considered.
