Project Management Trainee

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understanding fundamentals of project management models (Waterfall and Agile)

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects in parallel
• Manage and track project baselines (scope, cost and time)
• Track project progress and prepare status updates for internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Participate in meetings, reviews, and audits related to project performance
• Managing change requests by documenting, tracking, communicating with stakeholders, and obtaining necessary approvals to adhere to the change control process
• Understanding, preparing and updating various project and operation-related documentation like MOM, reports, presentations, budgets and schedules, various analyses, As-Is, various registers, etc.
• Ensuring smoother transition from Projects to Operations

Job Requirements :

• Proficient in MS Office 365 (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook) and G suite (Gmail, Drive, Chat, meet, docs)
• Strong understanding of project coordination, planning, documentation, and monitoring principles.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Should be a self-starter, quick learner, proactive and should have the ability to learn and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Should have good organizational, multitasking and effective time management skills
