About the Role


Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with project coordination, task tracking, follow-ups and documentation .
• Understand customer requirements and prepare BRDs, user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria .
• Communicate with customers to clarify requirements and understand issues.
• Conduct market and competitor research and prepare feature comparisons and recommendations.
• Respond to customer support queries for our applications and coordinate with Development/QA teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare and maintain FAQs, user guides, support documents and release notes .
• Assist with meetings, action items, project updates and other day-to-day PM activities.

• Fresh graduate or 0 1 year of experience .
• Good written and spoken English communication skills .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and technical teams.
• Curious about software products and technology.
• Good research and organisational skills.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership.

Good to Have

• Basic understanding of SDLC, software testing or web applications .
• Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira.
• Basic understanding of Shopify or e-commerce platforms.
