    About this role

    About the Role

Fragomen's US Capability Center in Kochi is seeking a Project Management Specialist to support Business teams in driving project execution, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams. This role is instrumental in maintaining efficient project workflows, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement efforts.

As a key liaison between client/office counterparts and internal teams, you will oversee project progress, conduct performance audits, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will monitor various initiatives, track key deliverables, and contribute to process optimization strategies to enhance overall efficiency.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with strong analytical skills and exceptional communication abilities. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy streamlining project workflows, this role is for you!

    Key Responsibilities

    • Project Execution & Oversight: Collaborate with Business teams to ensure smooth project progression and mitigate risks, spanning scoping, developing, and execution of initiatives, while overseeing portfolio-wide progress, flagging at-risk projects, supporting governance and escalation pathways.
    • Stakeholder Communication & Coordination: Act as a key liaison between internal teams and client/office counterparts, ensuring seamless collaboration through regular updates and structured reporting.
    • Data-Driven Insights & Trend Analysis: Analyse project data, track key performance metrics, and provide reports to support business decisions.
    • Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Ensure KPIs are consistently met and contribute to workflow optimization initiatives.
    • Meeting & Documentation Management: Organize governance calls, lead weekly status meetings, and maintain structured project documentation.
    • Risk, Issue, and Change Management: Identify, log, and actively manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies — developing mitigation plans and escalating significant items in a timely, transparent manner, while managing scope and change control through impact assessment and stakeholder sign-off, and supporting change-management activities such as stakeholder readiness, communication, and adoption planning, with particular care for changes that touch live client casework.

    Preferred Qualifications & Skills

    Education & Experience

    • Master's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
    • 8-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a multinational environment.
    • PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, CSM, PSM, or other relevant project management certifications.
    • Experience working with stakeholders across geographies and time zones.

    Technical & Professional Skills

    • Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).
    • Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, Gantt charts, and compliance standards.

    Soft Skills & Competencies

    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with keen attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.

    Why Join Us

    • Be part of a global leader in immigration services with opportunities for professional growth.
    • Work in a dynamic, collaborative, and innovative environment.
    • Gain exposure to international projects and diverse stakeholders.

If you're ready to take on a role that challenges you while providing opportunities for growth, we'd love to hear from you!
