Project Management Operations - Supply Chain Transformation

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead Supply Chain Transformation initiatives within a manufacturing environment. The role combines Supply Chain Operations, PMO, Data Analytics, and Change Management to drive process improvements, digital transformation, and operational excellence across planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics.

Work mode: WFO- Monday to Friday

Location- Pune

Interview mode- 1st Round Virtual; 2nd Round Face to Face

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation and process improvement programs.
• Manage PMO governance, project plans, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Develop analytical dashboards and KPIs using Power BI, SQL, and Advanced Excel.
• Drive manufacturing efficiency through production planning, inventory optimization, and demand-supply alignment.
• Support digital transformation initiatives including SAP/ERP enhancements, automation, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and manage transition and stabilization activities.

Qualifications

• Any Graduation + MBA in Operations / Supply Chain (Preferred)
